3D-lattice types (14 Bravais' lattices): Bravais lattices are the possible ways of arranging " node " points in a periodic way in 3D space. There are 14 types, taking into account the symmetry of the point group of the lattice and the way it is centred (Bravais, 1866). They are designated by a lower case letter indicating the crystal family (Wolf, et al., 1985) (anorthic or triclinic "a", monoclinic "m", orthorhombic "o", tetragonal "t", hexagonal "h" and cubic "c") and a capital letter indicating the centering pattern (primitive "P", centred on one face "A", "B" or "C", centred inside "I", centred on all faces "F" and centred hexagonal according to a rhombohedral cell "R").
